Perry Hines, President and CEO
Our president and CEO, Mr. Perry Hines, has more than three decades of experience as a respected name in the medical billing arena. Prior to opening ARC, he founded one of the country’s largest minority-owned medical billing companies. In this role, he works with hospitals, private practices, and many of the largest Federally Qualified Health Clinics in the country. Mr. Hines is proud to be at the helm of ARC and looks forward to serving healthcare professionals for many more years to come.
